By placing an order or submitting specifications, customers warrant that they have the legal right and authority to request reproduction of any proprietary, patented, or trade secret materials. Customers shall indemnify and hold harmless Orora Technology from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of unauthorized reproduction or use of third-party intellectual property, violations of export control laws, or misrepresentation.

All products are tested in accordance with industry-recognized standards such as ISO 9001 and MIL-STD protocols, where applicable. Orora Technology makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated and disclaims liability for performance outside specified operating conditions or for any unintended application.
